If you order tonight, before I get too drunk, it will hit the post office tomorrow morning. Delivery depends on which option you choose.

I am more worried about the plastic warping/breaking and rubbing paint off.

I'll take a spin over to the dealer and take another look at the caps on the 3rd gens. If there's a solid market for side rail caps and tailgate caps, I'll build it.

These are so sharp! Do you know if they'll fit with a Roll-n-lock cover?

I can't see why not, but I'm not very familiar with that cover.

How do these work with a shell? Does it effect the fit at all?

With most shells, it improves the fit.

Oh wow that's awesome because I just moved my shell back a bit to fix the fit and noticed the weight had cracked my plastic bed rail caps

Only the maglight mod, mounted on floor drivers side, billet antenna and have lined all storage under rear seats with rubber to keep the rattling to a minimum.
Any chance that you have thought about making a tailgate reinforcement plate to go along with the other bad ass products you make already? FYI I will be ordering a rail/cap combo for my short bed soon. Great work!

Nope. I'm not convinced that a flat plate on the tailgate adds any real strength. After you buy my cap and get it mounted up, you'll be convinced that you don't need anything beyond that.
