    I'm scratching my head at the hardware kit. Does the upgraded hardware kit require drilling out the stock square holes?

    5100 Bilsteins, Toytec Fr coil lift springs, Deaver AAL packs, Mobtown tailgate reinforcement, Intermittent wiper switch, ECGS Fr Diff bushing
    best thing I ever did to my tail gate. I would buy the harbor freight tool and install the lugs the right way. I did them with an impact and a nut like the directions said and had some problems. I will fix it when I install my backup camera.

    One of the easiest mod you can do to add some strength to your tailgate. Right now, buy a ribbed skin, get a $70 tailgate cap for free.

    @ rkd - Did you use the Harborfreight supplied inserts OR the one with the additional hardware kit. Also, that 1" foam sticky tape did you use that as well?


    I actually found this thread today, but i ordered mine after finding about reinforcing requirement for loading motorcycles and what options were there on internet. I intend to perform the install this weekend.
