Mine came in today and I got it mounted up. Installed pretty easy but as someone commented before, I was unable to get rid of the 3 small gaps from the cutouts next the bezel on the bottom. I messed with it for 30 min before locking it in place and there is no way to hide those, absolutely no way. The cutouts are too large and/or the grill is too skinny for the opening - it can't slide down far enough due to the welded tabs in the way on the bottom. They don't bother me as bad as I thought they would and everything else fit really nice. Good instructions and good hardware. For reference I also ordered the SR bezel from Toyota as opposed to painting my chrome one. I may also try find a way to paint the TOYOTA emblem in Quicksand in the future. See pics:

If any of you have issues with the top of the grill not fitting tight I took a block of wood wrapped it in electrical tape so it didn't split and wedged it in and drilled it. I also cut some slots in the bottom to put the two bottom outer tabs in and eliminate the slots from showing. Here are some photos.

Yah, nice job. I stuck some thick foam weather strip on top of mine to force the grill to fit tight and it worked well. Wish I had thought of your slit idea to help the grille move lower and hide the slots. Also love your grey plasti-dip logo - looks really good.

Loving the pictures guys as well as the added DIY's for some of the gap issues. After seeing all these grills installed I'm starting to think I need to get in on the next batch that is made.

    KEEP THE PICTURE COMING!!

Grill installed and love the fit and finish. Looks like the gaps on the bottom have now been addressed as they were not present when I installed. Great product!

Finally got my hands on a grill of my own! Super happy how it looks and will love it even more once I paint the TOYOTA white. The fitment is perfect! The gap issue that happened to a few of the first grills has been addressed and is now fixed! Haven't had time to take some good pictures but here is one I snapped the other day

    Looks nice!

Did RAD industries cut in their logo into the front of the grill, or is that a decal? I like their grill, but that would be a deal breaker for me.

Thank you. Yes the RAD log is laser etched into the grill, but I don't mind it at all. In person, you barely notice it's there and hardly stands out.
