Not nearly as nice as @o0oSHADOWo0o build but slowly getting there.
I have yet to spray my AC Condencor like he recommended I do a few months ago. I bought the paint just more scared of actually doing it lol don't want to plug/clog anything up.
@o0oSHADOWo0o how did you wire them up? I have mine tied into my running lights but I'm scared of adding more lights and putting to big of a load...

    Omg, words to live by.

I never had someone talk their way out of a ticket. I can't tell you how many talked their way into one. I HATED doing traffic. I epreferred doing actual police work. If i stopped you 99% chance of me telling you to knock it off. Me not meeting quota was a regular thing.

2 things felons and those with warrants have in common. They have lights that dont work and they drive like crap

You should really see my house on Halloween. It's more fun than Christmas. :D

Good luck with the OTP7 LEDs. I bought a 15' roll of their amber LEDs for around $20 and they were not very bright. Maybe the RBG strips are brighter. Just remember you usually get what you pay for.

    Looks good Captain Taco.

Don't worry too much about the paint, a light coat is all you need for the reflectivity. It really makes a difference. You can even paint the front of the horns to even things out.

Also, don't worry about overloading the parking light circuit. Even all the LEDs I have don't pull that much current. Besides, there is a fuse that already protects the circuit. If you want to be really safe, then run a separate circuit with its own fuse for the LEDs. You can control it from a separate switch or even turn them on with a relay that is controlled by the parking light circuit.

Here is an older and a newer picture to show the difference between an unpainted and painted condenser.

Just as I described...I attached the LED strips (with the 3M adhesive tape already on the back) to the back of the grille so all the LEDs are pointed at the AC condenser/radiator. All the light you see is being reflected off of the AC condenser and out the front of the grille.

Such a difference! I got the high temp paint last time we talked a couple months ago. Fuck it I'm going for it when I get home again (in about two weeks)
I'm going to leave the leds connected the way they are then!
Now this might be a stupid question I know. I work on boats for a living. Not cars. So I'm having trouble finding the AC Condencer. Is it the radiator? Which is which? Stupid I know :-(

The AC condenser sits right in front of the radiator. If you have the towing package, the small transmission oil cooler sits in front of that. Just paint what is in front. You might want to paint the radiator supports, hood latch supports, etc. Of course, mask off what you don't want to paint.

    Yea thanks.
The thing is it doesn't specify what type or even what size the led is, but it shows the bulb in a graphic and it says "3-in-1 smart color led" which I guess is non-engineer for 5050 RGB. I.E. maybe their single color kits are 3528s? I really wish they would be more technical in their descriptions. But another thing is that they rank #3 on Amazon for Automotive lighting so that's a good sign.... hopefully....

I have leds in the bed, in the grille, inside my truck, in my headlight corner markers, tubes under my truck and a scanner LED bar in my hoodscoop and all of it cost under $150.00 maybe even $125.00 total.
