I paid about 32,400 iirc. That before tax and fees. No tech package either. Check out the sticky at the top of the forum. It gives you invoice prices. Negotiate from there up, not from msrp down.

I agreed to 32.8 for 4x4 Off road M/T with V6 tow and carpet mats (before TTL and other fees)

No trade in, no incentives I qualified for.

I live in socal and had to go to Phoenix to get the deal. I absolutely could not find the same deal anywhere here in california, couldn't even get a dealer to agree to order me one so yeah my deal I agreed to at this point isn't the best, but I wasn't going to risk losing the truck over haggling an extra $500 or $1000 off and possibly spend another 2 months looking for the exact one I wanted. My current car is about to have the rear differential grenade on me any day now, so I'm also in a position where I am unable to wait at this point.

I see the one guy above in oceanside paid 31k, if that was straight up in socal with no trade in and no military discount, then jesus you could have probably gotten the sales person to lick your nuts right then and there too with those negotiating skills.

Might want to check on that, I live in the U.S. and purchased my TRD SPORT DCLB 4x4 in New Brunswick, I'm pretty sure the dealer told me the only manual transmission model available in Canada was an Access Cab.

Patience my friend. No truck in my eyes is worth paying, what dealers in So. Cal. Are asking. Yet it's the consumer that continues to keep the prices @ MSRP because of a lack of patience and self control. The one positive, is that, everyone buying @ MSRP, when they go to sell, the resale values will hold strong, since no incentives were offered leaving the seller in a stronger position. Just my .02 cents.

Yes, the $31K (tow pkg,+mats) was no incentives, no military, etc. Granted I still owe taxes, lic, doc. on the $31k, unlike other states, when you trade a vehicle in, they subtract it from the total purchase price, and that's what you would owe taxes on. CA for you...
