Thanks man. I think the bumpers look great and fit really good. The rear bolts right in. The front I had to cut about a foot off of the front fender liners and a few inches of the fender flares. I have the rear light wired to my backup lights for now and the fogs work from my fog lamp switch. I added a switch for the light bar where the dummy plug is by the useless cubby hole in the left.

Thanks!! I've installed tons of lifts but never attempted this way. Might have to give it a shot for a simple strut spacer install

I've also done my 5100s solo with this exact procedure. Pretty easy and much better than needing spring compressors. Took me about 2 1/2 hours.

Nice looking truck! What your opinion on AVS in channel visor (your visors are avs, yes?) and their bugflector 2? I'm thinking about ordering both while waiting on my ordered access cab to be delivered.

After much research and not wanting to lose access to my rail system (I not only use the cleats but I have a bed divider as well) I decided to order the Extang Solid Fold 2.0. The 2.0 has been getting some decent reviews for a very simplistic tonneau cover. The Bakflip covers look like they super nice, the problem is that it requires lowering the rail system and will make my divider useless. Depending on what you put in your bed losing that extra height could be an issue as well.
Just ordered today, I'll plan to give my feedback on it once it's installed.

I replaced the drivers side storage compartment with a safe. It came with a key lock, I got the optional combo-lock. Also this is my under the tonneau cover
ski/ Snowboard rack I came up with. Bought 2 cargo bars at Harbor freight and attatched a Yakima ski rack to them I bought off EBAY. I was able to keep my snowboard in it up and out of the way all season. The bed is a little short for my 168 skis (short bed)my wifes fit. Ski rack cost me under $75.
