Getting closer... Waiting on Kings. Apparently they're back ordered after Christmas.
    image.jpg
    They're here!!! Install this week.
    image.jpg
    Things are happening!
    image.jpg
    All done... For now
    image.jpg
    image.jpg

I still have almost 2" of adjustment in the front, but this is how it's set now:

    Before:
    Hub to fender
    RF 21"
    LF 21"
    RR 22"
    LR 21 3/4"
    Ground Clearance
    Skid 9 3/4"
    Rear 9 1/2"

    After:
    Hub to fender
    RF 23 3/8"
    LF 23 1/4"
    RR 23 3/4"
    LR 23 5/8"
    Ground Clearance
    Skid 13 1/2"
    Rear 11"

    Net:
    Hub to fender:
    RF 2 3/8"
    LF 2 1/4"
    RR 1 3/4"
    LR 1 7/8"
    Ground Clearance:
    Skid 3 3/4"
    Rear 1 1/2"

Slight rubbing at full lock. Trimming the fender eliminated all rubbing when traveling forward. Still a slight rub when at lock in reverse. Looks like I'll have to do a CMC.

Bumper Plugs to cover holes left after removing front plate
    image.jpg
    PlastiDip grill. TRD emblem added.
    image.jpg
OPT7 LEDs in lows and fogs.
    image.jpg

First trip out of town after the suspension was installed. My wife and I had a blast. Best part is that she really seemed excited about doing more trips outdoors. Had plenty of good conversations that sounded a lot like, "Wouldn't it be cool if we had _____ for the truck?" or "When we get _____ we'll be able to _____."

....I had a Softopper and Huskys ordered before we left Big Bear.

Softopper and Huskys installed. Took another trip up to Big Bear to have lunch with the wife and boys.

    Cab mount chop:

I traced the BAMF plates on a piece of cardboard to use as a stencil. Then I used a paint marker to mark where to cut:

    image.jpg

Chop done. I'll have to clean it up a little before welding the plates on:

Rubbing is completely resolved. Just need to clean it up a bit and paint now.

Pelfreybilt sliders ordered. 6 weeks out.

    Nice Build!

Where'd you get the drop stops?
I've dropped my phone a few times in between there while getting in the truck.

I did the same thing. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal, but for some reason the space between the seats and the center console in the Taco is tiny. I couldn't get my phone out to save my life. Had to stop, get out, move the seat forward as far as it would go and get it out from the back seat.

I bought mine from Amazon. I think they were $20 and free shipping with Prime. Very effective and well built product. Worth very bit of the price.

No. Unfortunately, I didn't think that far ahead. Install went smooth though. It's pretty easy, just takes a lot of time. Used a friends lift and it took all day. I mounted, dismounted, adjusted, and remounted the front coilovers a couple of times until I got the truck (almost) perfectly level.

I use Gaia GPS. You can download all your maps for use by GPS signal only (when you lose cell service). Just save your maps and attach it to an email, link it on a forum, etc.

    Wow, love this build!
Close to identical to what I have, but I'm working with a long bed.

Quick question for ya, I'm running the same setup as you

    Method NV's same size
    KO2s 285/70R17 same size
    Kings front and back

Did a body mount chop and some trimming and I seem to be in the clear, except when I accelerate and turn right from a stop.
Feels like only the passenger side front tire is rubbing somewhere towards the upper part of the wheel well or fender, not sure.

    Did you run into this?

Did you have any rubbing issues on the trail or under compression / articulation?

Great work, I look forward to watching the progress.
You've inspired me to start a little build thread for mine.

    Thanks buddy!
