    Yeah right, I guess it was a matter of time. The stone chip in the middle has only been for about 3 years. The part that sucks is I have a 3 hour drive to the Poconos and it going to annoy the hell out of me, I wish it was a little lower.

    Seems like they always break right across your line of sight.
    I replaced the windshield on my '99 when I bought it because it was original and on a sunny day it looked like somebody had glued glitter to it.
    A week later it took a stone RIGHT where I looked through the windshield. I had safelight fix it but I could still see it, and I ended up buying another new windshield less than a month later because it was driving me crazy.

    Safelite is coming out to replace it on Wednesday. It was probably due, there are 2 other chips but they are lower right above the cowling at the bottom of the windshield.
