    Bulk for winter and gain 20 lbs (15 lbs fat, 5lbs muscle)

    Cut for summer and lose 20 lbs (15lbs fat, 5 lbs muscle)

    Basically lol. I usually end up keeping 5-10 lbs of muscle though. So it's more like:

    bulk and gain 30 (20 lbs of fat and 10 lbs of muscle)
    cut and lose 15 ( 10 lbs of fat and 5 lbs of muscle)

    For instance, In Sept. I was 178. Now, I'm 209. When I hit 220, I'm gonna cut to 200
