Do you have seats in the back? I want one with rear seats, color matched, vinyl floor, and steelies. But I don't think that's possible according to the website.

Yeah. That's a pretty crazy hill to drive up. I'm sure he got a running start to be able to make it up with any of those situations. With the perfect conditions. I highly doubt anything is making it up that hill that easily in the winter. Cobble stone and crazy steep.

When you go up, it doesn't quite feel right. Being that its a city street. LOL

    Where are you getting tires?

I only ask cuz I got mine at Mr. Tire. First time I bought tires there they had the best price, I could get them next day and they had a road force balance machine(best way to balance my sr8's according to scs's rep vin) so that's why I picked them.

Being that they were taking tpms out of 6 year old off-road wheels to put in my new wheels they warned me that there was a possibility of breaking them.... That said he showed me prices to replace one if broke... $75 for one which isn't bad...
I told them to go for it and if they broke one I'd replace it. But if you break more than one just throw reg valve stems in and I'll deal with the light on the dash(had seen the tube mod like yours and would just do that)...

They refused said that they would give me the tires and I could get them mounted elsewhere because the leagaly could not, not install tpms due to it being a safety item...
I lucked out or they were good either way all came out and reinstalled without a hitch.
Just something to ask about as this is the first time I had heard of this being a issue.

I ordered tires online from discount tire direct and I got a buddy with a shop down the street and he lets me use his machine when i mount and balance them myself. Plus Mr. Tire is full of S*** cause in PA you do not have to have tpms sensors to pass inspection. The light is allowed to be on your dash at the time of inspection and they cannot fail your vehicle!

That's exactly what I told them. My last Tacoma had that light on for 4 inspections and this one for my last just two months ago.

They responded with company policy... There's the door...
But of coarse they waited til truck was on the rack with tires pulled off to bring that up so I just went for it but... I would not have been happy if I needed to pay an extra $300

The legal issue isn't inspections, it's insurance. If you were to have an accident due to a low air pressure in the tire/s or flat tire than the tire shop that installed them without the sensors can be held liable. It all comes down to the shop and their manager and or policy. Discount tire on 65 is the same way with everything, they hate when I bring used tires to get mounted. They finally told me to go somewhere else. Oh well, I'll take my business elsewhere than.

Make sure you tape those down before you seal up the pipe. I'd imagine that rattle would be enough to drive you crazy!

I've seen the write up on those tubes. But what pressure do you have to have in them? Or I guess the better question is what's the lowest pressure you can have the tpms set to? I don't think you want too much pressure in that pipe. :notsure:

Ya I'm gonna put foam in there with them but it says on the glue to let the pipe setup for 2 hours before adding up to 180 psi to it! So basically i can only see you needing 30 lbs max for the sensors!

Meh. PVC pipe glue, if done right, sets up pretty quick. You ever glue 2 peices together and immediately try to either turn it or take it back apart? Lol.
