so its been a little over a year since i installed this Icon suspension. when i installed it i left it as it came out of the box which gave me a decent lift. recently i went to try and adjust them to give me a little more height and couldnt move the rings. my question, because i cant remember, is there a lock screw on the back of the adjustment rings in addition to the one in front? or is it just one in the front?

There is only one set screw on the collar. Try lubing the threads and collar, let it soak for a bit and then try turning it.

You also have to jack up the front of your truck so the coilovers are not loaded.
