    gotta the wife in the same mindset, she's not exactly pleased to be going to nevada lol...of course, all she remembers of reno is it being relatively small and bar-hopping across downtown in very little time back when she did her time in the Navy.

    Depending on how long ago you were hear Reno/Sparks has expanded quite a bit
    It grew a lot in the 4 years I was gone for the Marine Corps and still growing

    On another note does anyone know any cool pool/darts or something bar in Reno/Sparks my buddies and I are trying to find somewhere to go to now but 3 out of the 4 of us just got out of the military in the last 3 months so we don't really know to many places to go

    so looking around online at pictures of houses it seems ya'll either have a serious problem with fence manufacturers or it gets windy there too...half the ones I saw had them propped up with 2x4's lol

    We do get some pretty decent winds around here. In the Washoe valley between reno and carson city they put up wind restrictions on vehicles over 9ft high. As an example, some semi truck drivers that ignore it get blown over so theres a reason for the restriction. Usually the day before a weather system moves in it gets crazy windy, and then during summer thunder storms too.
