So...I'm planning and trying my hand at putting a run together.

    DATE: Sunday, March 20th.
Time: 08:00 meet time and leaving the parking lot @ 08:30.
Meeting Place: Burlington at Haggen Food & Pharmacy parking lot. Address: 757 Haggen Dr, Burlington, WA 98233
Wheeling area: I have been a couple times and it's fairly easy. Power line roads and trails that branch off from there. (I do NOT have GPS location).
There are some pretty deep mud holes. I have not extensively explored the area, but its a fun area! Some of the trails go down to the Sauk River and follow it a bit.
Directions to wheeling area: From Burlington, take HWY 20 East past Concrete to Rockport and turn RIGHT onto HWY 530, cross over the Skagit River and down about 1 mile on the RIGHT there is a turn-off onto a dirt road that accesses the power line roads. I will recognize the turn-off when I see it. It's been a while.
Guns: I have NOT seen anyone shooting the couple times I have been there however, I have seen a few places that will work for a shooting area.
Food and Relax Afterwards: There is the Birdsview Brewing Company at 38302 Washington 20, Concrete, WA 98237. Just past Baker Lake Rd. Good food and Beer/Drinks (Non alcohol also).

    NOTE: Bring your recovery gear!

Saturday the 19th is that Toyota meet up at the Tulalip Casino that I know a handful of people mentioned they might head to. If you do Sunday I might be in as well.

@2004TacomaNavy count me in, I'll be there as long as the truck holds together!

On a side note to everyone when I replaced my bearing the only thing left of the old one was dust and ashes. Glad I made the call not to drive home Tuesday... The bright side is I'm probably going to be buying my welder this weekend... Projects will ensue!

@GSPRunner posted it a while back. It's not really TacomaWorld meet but a few guys mentioned they might show up.

Yeah there is a meet up at Tulalip Casino on the 19th. Probably a bunch of junk but oh well. Looks like a large turnout.

Yeah I'm curious to see what kind of crowd shows up, I figure if nothing else it's only 15-20 minutes from home and a good excuse to swing by Cabelas.

I don't know much more than what I have already described. We will start out on power line roads and a ways down the road there are trails that branch off and mostly head towards the river and through the trees. There will not be any snow. At one point on the road we will branch off and take a road that goes down a fairly steep hill (not too steep) and at the bottom we will cross a stream. Not sure what the level of the stream will be this time of year so I can go down and see how deep it is and try to cross if it doesn't look too deep. There are lots of trees, dirt, sand next to the river.
There is a large area at the beginning of the power line road that will be good for airing down and up.
