I'm in Iceland for the week and the girlfriend snapped this pic of me unknowingly. I'm happy where the bulk went this year. Time to cut and start cardio for upcoming police agencies.

First two weeks attached to give you an idea. Again it has a lot of oly lifting which you may not have the equipment to do. They offer several free programs on the site as well.

A friend suggested treating myself to a beer after a run. My god, this is amazing. Makes me want to go run again.

I'm the opposite. In my candid pics, I look like Jabba the Hut. I need a few seconds to prepare by sucking in my gut, and poking out my chest.

That's my kind of spot. I'm a cold weather, fog, snow, and rain kinda guy. Not a fan of hot weather, at all. Mountains and cold weather is my paradise

I went through this crisis about a year ago. I hit a size that people assumed I could easily do something but really, I sucked because I was too big for my frame. That was 215 for me. I also stopped seeing a purpose in working out.

For me, I train to hunt. I found is a physically demanding enough reason that it fits the bill for just about everything else I do. I am currently trying to drop from 200 to 185 for elk season next September. 175 would be even better.

I am in the process of looking at different workout plans that hit my cardiovascular system more but not cross fit.

Gentlemen, all of our problems have been solved...there is now a high protein beer. Optimum Nutrition, you're on the bench. Barbell Beer, suit up!

Did chest and tri's with the wife today after work.

As usual, all 4 sets of 8-15, except for flat bench:

    flat bench (135x15, 225x9, 305x1, 315xfailed, 225x6, 135x10)
    decline bench
    incline dumbbell fly's
incline pushups superset with regular pushups

all 3 sets of 10-15, except on overhead dumbbell press:

    close-grip bench
dumbbell floor press...first time doing these. I liked them A LOT
    overhead dumbbell press: dropsets with 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10 lb dumbbell

Probably tastes like shit lol. I went to the website and it's not even for sale yet. I guess if you want protein in your alcohol, you could drink white russians with milk :notsure:

All this talk about cutting makes me hungry for more steak :D I can't even imagine what I would look like at 175 with my frame o_O I remember when I was growing, it was like I totally skipped the 160-180 range. I vaguely remember as a kid being 150-160 then all of sudden I was above 200 then on up to 240 :D
