@JKU3000 has a test the morning of the meet, I was going to wait until he was done to ride up. Now I am considering meeting up with you so we could get to the meet earlier. Are we the only 3 coming up from bham?

 

I'm up for later, either way works for me.

I think there are more, but they don't seem to be keeping up with the thread. Hopefully we can get most of the Bham guys to meet up in the morning.

 

Yea, the test has 3 sections and each section is about 45 mins long. Then I'll jump on 65 and head over

I run a 1" body lift on my 4runner. I'm an expert on the lifting. I've done 3 lifts in my driveway by myself. We could knock it out in no time with some extra hands. I had a friend assist me with the body lift though.

 

We need to start considering if we are going to fire up the grill and what we will fire if we do. I already have a plan to break out some pig in the blanket (cocktail smokies wrapped in dough) as a nice snack. The wife is mainly to thank for that, she made some on a cold mod/meet morning and it was an instant hit. I told her we needed some this time.

So procrastination is a killer for me. Probably won't be doing the LCA bushings. I did check the back of both sides and was able to break them loose and grease them. Spent about 5 minutes total testing the front and determined that they were most likely seized. If I get under may truck tomorrow and give them a decent try, I might be able to get the parts I need if I decide to. Still have plenty of other things to mess around with on it anyway.

So I keep hearing about this test, everything except when it starts.

We could do hotdogs/hamburgers for lunch? those are probably the easiest on the grill. Or do we want to go on a littlr cruise to go eat somewhere? We went to BWW before if I remember correctly.

 

I'm good with whatever, let us know if we need to bring stuff, but I'm always good with going out to eat. Always looks awesome when you have just a convoy of Toyotas going somewhere together.

 

Kyle and I plan on being there. Probably around 10-11 for a little bit. We're going to go run around the mt. gap area and then head that way for a bit.
