Makes sense. I'm starting to wrap my head around the idea.

Enough build thread sidetracking! Are you still thinking about the URD SC pulley?

got the stealth 2.85" sitting in the garage now

waiting on my gauges to come in, then next warm free sunday i'll work on getting the headers in, wideband and boost gauges in and y-pipe...i'll check the wideband readings at that point and make sure i'm good to go for the pulley...then i'll do the pulley swap another day most likely

so many projects! i was hoping to have an easy spring before RT, but i can't help myself :)

If you have no performance mods except the super you will be running rich at WOT. The pulley will actually make your engine run a little better

in theory yes. but a motor with 190k on the clock, maf calibrator, and snorkel could throw changes from the norm. plus original AFR sensors, long tube headers and y pipe along with o2 sim on aging o2 sensors will be sending not factory codes back to the computer.

so I'll wait to see actual wideband readings before making the move in case something shows off.

That's probably smart. I have nothing but the super, a k&n filter and a 3 inch cat back and I'm rich at WOT. 110k miles

Such performance coming your way. I hope you plan on replacing those STT Pro's soon :burnrubber:

With all the time you spend offroad, the extra weight, the 35s, and now the supercharger, 190k impresses me. Still runs like a champ? I know there are a few super high mileage threads around here, but none of them have the same level of reliability reducing mods.

i wish...only have sundays to work on trucks and won't have a free sunday for a bit...but that will be down the line a bit

before the pulley will be headers, y pipe, gauges, spindles and bearings, UCAs, radio antennae rewire and idler pulleys on the FJC...then i'll move onto frame prep and repaint, weather stripping on the taco, window strips on the FJC....then the pulley on the SC

i'd like to rebuild my icon C/O at some point too

But it's such a cushy ride home from RT when you blow a C/O out there.

When I bought mine I was shooting for 300k... but kms! You're a little over that already which gives me the warm fuzzies.

    Can't wait for pulley review.
