    I work outside and have a physical job so that helps.
    I can say I heal up much slower than at 30 but then again more patient and use my head a little more.

    Welcome aboard Clint! I have a pretty cushy office job but I try to run/hike or bike as often as I can especially when the weather is nice. I agree that physical activity helps, I'm 57 and I can run circles around some of my younger co-workers.
