Mine took 3-4 hours, HOWEVER it was after working four 12 hour overnight shifts in a row, and I took my time with frequent breaks and to make sure I did it right the first time, and I have to say mine came out looking amazing. Don't regret going slow one bit.

I found that really taking your time to get the small details perfect really made the difference between a shitty looking install and one that looked almost professional.

I installed these in my old Scion tC and it took me a few hours. I actually pulled all the seats out when I did it, I think it made it a bit easier.

Awesome man, I can't get a status update since I paid through a paypal invoice. Hopefully they shipped them out today. I'll give them a call and can hopefully get a tracking number

I expect mine to be a quick install since only doing front seats. Got a hair dryer at the ready to help ease them into place. I expect the sides against the console to be tight quarters but the rest should be easy. Not rushing either. Put Coverkings on wifes suv last month. They still have a couple of "puffy spots". Anxious to compare hers to mine.

Saweeeeeeet! Just got a tracking number! I plan to set these near our fireplace to get them warmed up before I install them. I will install one piece at a time with the others continue to stay warm. Shipping from California to Wahington is about 3 days so hopefully I will be able to post my installed pics and review by next Friday. I'll keep ya'll posted

Guys, thanks for posting the Clazzios... they look really nice. Better than their web site. Wondering if anyone has done any research on how well these hold up under typical family abuse. Such as Kids, food spilled, sand, even bits of spilled coffee. Would the non perforated be the way to go. Seems like these are amazing but what happens if I spill coffee or a kids smoothie. Does the stain not soak through these? I wonder if there is an under liner that is possible to put on.
also, I wonder how hot they would get... I definitely would not get black... perhaps grey. thanks for any feedback

Little tree air fresheners. Clazzio black leather seat covers.
1.5-2 hours to install. This was my second set installing. Some people just take longer to do things, no need to feel bad.

Here are a few more pics of my covers since the ones I posted before weren't that great because of the lighting. Still loving these covers. There are some areas that you can tell that they are covers, like along some of the seams, corners, etc. where the stitching could have been a little better but really I do not think you can find a better looking seat cover for the money. These put the CoverKing Leatherette covers to absolute shame, and although the high end aftermarket leather fro companies like Katzskin are super nice, these are a pretty reasonable, practical compromise. I mean, it was either Katzskin leather or Clazzio covers and new tires! I chose the latter option. Received nothing but compliments. My truck isn't a luxury vehicle, it's a tool to get me to the outdoors and all the outdoor activities I like to do, and the OEM cloth seats weren't cutting it. Also, I'm not worried about damaging them and if I did they'd be much easier and cheaper to replace than Katzskin or something similar.

I kind of think they look almost as good as most mid-level OEM 'leather' options in most cars. I wasn't impressed with the OEM leather in the Tacomas, and Subaru's 'leather' looks pretty cheap as well, and the Clazzios to me look as good or maybe a touch nicer in some aspects.

$207 for the front and back, or just the front seats? If it's just the front seats I'd still say the Clazzios are a better deal. They look way better than these, no offense. For like $430 you can have front AND back seat covers with the Clazzios.

Mine were $207 for the fronts only. I installed them in 50 degree weather in about an hour so I will need a hot day to tighten the straps and smooth things out.

I bought mine to protect the stock seats. So perforations would eliminate that need as a spilled drink will get to the stock seats, I don't think the CoverKings look all that bad. They don't look stock but I am not entering my truck in any Shows.

I wanted two tone so the Clazzios were a lot more. If they are a pain in the ass to install, I would pass anyway.

When I go to sell my truck they will come off.

Everyone gets covers to protect the stock seats, so no need to keep mentioned that to justify the CoverKings! All that matters is that YOU like them!

I'd personally deal with the "pain in the ass" install once for years of a superior looking install, and it would bug the heck out of me looking at those loose, wrinkly, almost plastic looking covers everytime I got in the car, but hey, I'll say it again, that's why there are different choices and we are all big boys and girls and can make our own decisions. No need to explain your reasons and rationales for our approval.

Yes there is a need to show alternatives for those who don't have $700 lying around for "custom two tone seats or want to deal with a 4 hour install for seat covers.

I am not OCD about my truck so things like a few wrinkles don't bother me. I see them on Clazzios as well. THAT would bother me for what they are asking for them.

I will bet when the weather gets warm and I reinstall the seat covers , few would see the difference except for the perforations I did not want.. I have had Coverkings before and they ended up looking great, They are not as tight in the beginning nor do they have extra padding that is not needed and causes the long install. I have had Katzkin before and they were a complete waste of money and provided zero return on the sale.

Those who do not want to deal with a tough install or $500 can get their seats protected for less.

And you are entitled to your opinion. I take no offense. Hell There are a lot of things people do to these trucks I find looks like ass, but it's their truck to make ugly.

For sure! i am not questioning your decision at all. I just personally wouldn't use it.

I mean if clazzios are 2-300$ more i rather save a little more and put it towards that.

I'm just saying, so no need to get butt-hurt and defensive! The Clazzios are easily had for a little over $400, either call them or take advantage of the promotions they have frequently. CoverKing Leatherette are $259/row, so $518 for both. Even with a promotion they may come close to Clazzios in price, but not in looks. You've already stated that you prefer an easier install over superior looks, which is absolutely wonderful for you because YOU are the one driving your truck, not anyone else! But for many of us, I'd bet that they would prefer a little suffering upfront on the install (which unless you've done it you really have no place commenting on it, and it's not really that bad you just have to go slow to get the best results) for a superior looking end result.

Seriously though, you really do not need to keep posting why you went with a totally different, albeit inferior looking cover in a thread that's about Clazzio covers. Why don't you just start your own thread and title it something like, "This is why I went with the crappy looking, inferior CoverKing Leatherette covers over Clazzio Covers"? Then you'd get other Cover King Leatherette sympathizers to join you, instead of hijacking this thread!

Its not the money for me. I can and have installed Katskins and not blink . Been there done that. Not worth the money, Saw the Clazzios and the ones I would have chosen were $700....Not worth it for what is basically a "padded" seat cover.

I wanted the least expensive solution to a problem . For $207, I prefer the leatherette because its the most effective against stains, no perfs. The problem was not aesthetics. But more the least expensive way to protect my seats and throw them away when I go to sell the truck,. No one is fooled by any seat covers. They are easy to spot on the Lumbar knob

So I say Go BIG with Katskins if one really wants a stock looking interior,.IMO for the money they want, Clazzios do not look like stock leather seating
