LED or turn signal side mirrors for 05 ?

I can't seen to find a direct answer to this. Can you
Buy side Mirrors that have turning signals or some type of led light on the front of them ?i don't care about self folding or heated ones I just want something easy to Install that looks more factory with a signal or light of some sort. I accidentally hit something causing my mirror to break off and thought it would be cool to try and go a different route if I'm already buying a mirror I heard some 4Runner mirrors work from 2010.

But they're not plug and play
a Tacoma turn signal mirror from a 12-15 sport will do just that
You would need to run 2 more wires for the signal from the turn signals

A 4Runner mirror has more wiring and different plug so if all you want is turns I wouldn't buy these I'd get Tacoma ones

Here ya go. This link also has the installation instructions. It's not as hard as it looks, just time consuming. Tip: In pictures B and K, you'll see the small white clips that hold in the plastic triangle trim piece. When removing the trim, those clips will stay on the trim piece. Remove them and install the clips on the door, then the trim goes on. If broke, they are available from the dealer at like 100 times more than they are worth. Also, make your splices inside the mirror housing so that you don't have to remove the door panel if the mirror ever needs replacing.

I like these. But I would rather have the TRD sport style with the light on the cover instead of the glass

 

So they will fit though I would just need to wire them ?

 

Will they fit as normal though ??
