Is there a number printed on the lock? If so, you can order one online.

Thanks for the tip. I will compare!

Edit: It looks more like a Ranch Fusion cap because of the rear window design. Thanks again!

There is no number on the lock. According to my research on the Internet Yakima puts the key code on the side of the barrel not on the front of the lock.

I used a little more colorful language when I found out it was on the side.

Im not a pro but thanks to all you guys hunting down the leaks I did my best to seal up the front rail area. Took it off and put a few strips under it then20160307_110935.jpg 20160307_110943.jpg 20160307_112733.jpg sealed the ends. Now on my way to get the leer 100xl installed

That looks like it will do it! I have sprayed water directly at those places after I did this and I was leak free.

Just finished my build this weekend, only took me a day and cost $100 in materials. Wanted to keep it versatile so I could still remove the center and use the length of the bed if I need to. It has 4 storage bins with flush mounted flip up doors on the sides as well.

    I love this set up!
What did you do to keep the side bins from shifting?

I went to a Yakima dealer today and I got the key code for my Yakima bars. I now have 3 keys on order.

Inside of each bin at the floor I used some 4 hole metal L shaped brackets, put 2 screws in the wood and 2 through the bedliner into the bed of the truck. I used 2 in each bin, so 8 total. Keeps them very sturdy, in addition to the long length piece of wood running in the groove of the bed liner.

Looks great! A whole heck of a lot like what I'm planning on building inside mine soon. Looks inspired by desktodirtbag's setup? Theres a lot I like about his as well.

New member here, and this is my Leer 100R. Windoors, removable sliding front, and headliner. Also the Thule rack for transporting our canoe, and whatever else. I'm 5' 9" so I can sit up all the way and be perfectly comfortable in this even though its no higher than the cab. Planning on building it out for better organization while on the road doing shows and camping.IMG_3533.jpg IMG_3534.jpg IMG_3364.jpg IMG_3396.jpg
