Has anyone else experienced a clicking or knocking sound when driving in or on driver seat when accelerating and breaking? It's slight but annoying, is this something I should take to the dealer and have fixed.

I have an 07 Tacoma and it has a clicking noise after I adjust the seat and press back on it... I guess it's just trying to lock into place. I don't think I have the same problem and its sad you have a 2016 doing that :(

I have experienced this. Sounds like relays clicking. If you adjust your seat fore or aft, then back to your desired position, the click will go away.

Just had my truck in for over a week. Same issue you describe. Seat rocked back and forth at acceleration and stopping. They opened a technical advisory and are now going to replace the whole seat frame. Said it will take 2-3 days for completion. Will need to take upholstery off and use same to wrap new seat frame. Had truck since Oct and nothing but headaches. Should have kept my 07 Taco. Good luck.

I just bought my first taco and it's an 07! Did you ever have any vibrations going down the highway or any problems I should prepare for?? (Sorry it's off the topic but nobody will answer me on treads)

The 07 was awesome. No issues from 07-15. Too bad not same experience for the new one.

Not yet will try in the morning. Will cancel the appointment if I have to. I just wanted to schedule an appointment for a time that I am available being that I'm very busy and hardly get any free time. I've had the truck for a week now and today was the first time I actually got to drive it.

So this is a constant clicking the happens multiple times,or is it a one time click and that's it? If it happens multiple times and you haven't adjusted the seat, definitely take it to get serviced.
