I was just over at the Speedhut site and then came back over here and you guys were talking gauges! I like the looks of the Speedhut gauges, but I don't like that the AFR gauges don't ship with the controller/sensor. I just want it all to look good.

My setup, AFR UEGO and Speed hut custom boost gauge. Didn't have to buy anything else. Except a URD Y Pipe for the bungs , but was originally going to mount with a weldless bung.

 

I want the gauges to match...

 

They make analog AEM gauges IIRC, I just wanted a digital readout so I could look at it faster and not have to try to read a gauge

 

Now I'm sort of fixated on the digital gauges. Easier for me to read. AEM seems to have everything I need. Too bad they go to 30 psi...never going to get that high.

 

Yeah that's why I went with Speed hut, for Custom boost pressure. 0-30 boost gauge you'd never see your gauge move lol

Whoa what happened to @Justus?

I'm waiting until I get my front end fixed to do that. On the plus side my bumper, shocks, UCA's and assorted parts are now here and I was able to clean out my garage today. So I'm guessing this week I'll be able to get started on breaking down the front end of the truck for repairs and upgrades!

My wifes BF is a welder and car girl who is dating a mechanic and car guy. I'm hoping to talk them into helping me one weekend to take the box off and get this thing done teamwork style over a few brews. However, her BF is kind of a dick when it comes to working on cars. I can't blame him though. Apparently a lot of people try to use him to fix their cars for free and he doesn't have the time. Especially when he's knee deep in debt from the babies he created with a couple of different chicks because he didn't wear a rubber. He needs his time to literally work so he can at least pay the rent sometimes.

Yeah, I did the search tool and damn. Then again, I've called out a mod before and found myself with a similar fate. I didn't go full out like Justus just did though and literally asked to be banned. It's just a bad idea all around even if you don't agree with one is saying.

I should have it covered. The dude, he's a great guy but he thinks before he jumps on a lot of things. He also owns 3 cars, that I know of, two of which have over 20K into them... and their Chevy Cobalts...

 

My return could go either way. I made almost 14K more than I usually do simply because my company decided to pay OT and bonus at the same time which caused a double payment in the same year.

Then again in Canada we get a tax break for buying a house which can be claimed at any time, which I haven't done yet so I'll do that this year, and my wife was on mat leave which should let me transfer a good chunk of income to her for tax purposes.
