    If someone opens a thread bashing a politician then you guys lock the thread it's not really fair because all the "hate" is still out there and no one can stand up to the person. See DONALD TRUMP in off topics. I tried to reply and right before I posted it was locked. The thread should be deleted IMO
    Especially when it's people commenting on another country's politics when they aren't even a citizen and don't know what they are talking about

    It's simple. Politics shouldn't be discussed on TW. Everyone has their own opinion and is entitled to that opinion but... The mods can only be so many places at one time so therefore a thread might get posted and a few replies might get through. I imagine it's kind of hard controlling this kindergarten for the mods lol. Not discounting your point (I agree they should be deleted) just pointing out that sometimes things do get by before they are alerted of the thread.

    I think the way most people view a politician or voter as qualified or unqualified is based on whether they agree with your own political views or not

    Not a lot of people complain about the person they support or the voters that agree with them
