New paint job, runs and drives as it should, everything works, in immaculate condition.

I am itching to get wrenching on my 2 4runners... but I have so much to do before I can even touch them. Got a 3.4L to rebuild from a 97 4runner, and the transmission in a 90 Suburban to do. :frusty:

I wish I could put that 3.4 in my 2nd gen... but it's not mine. It belongs to my best friend, the guy that is letting me store the 4runners in his yard and is going to help me rebuild them.

Yes! Made it a lot easier for me, since I already have a ton of dead vehicles sitting in my yard (dad's vehicles) and since I don't have many tools. (Dad likes to take them, thinking they are his, and loses them. )

That sucks. I bought a rebuild kit and spanner wrench from PolyPerformance and didn't realize they don't have those items in stock but rather have icon ship them. I was worried it would take forever but by some miracle they shipped them out within a day. I wonder if DSM had them in stock. Might be worth it to just order one from them and cancel the icon order.

I think it's because they're out in Octillo Wells for the race. Still dumb to not have SOMEONE there to ship

I considered it. I even did some searching for the 3.0 L4 turbo diesel they made for the second gen. Was a bit out of my range though
Ehhh fuck you guys lol :brianr:
Except its not his and I am willing/wanting to do a swap eventually. Just can't shell out that much money right now. If you guys wanna help out I'll happily do it (like I've already said 50 times lol)
