I'm in. This old fart (74 in April) loves his Tacoma. Going to use it to tow my mid 90 mph race boat. Yes, we really race. One of my buddies is racing at 79. Damn good wheel too.

Looks like I have 2 road trips coming up this summer. One from Kentucky to Denver in August, then to Michigan in September. Took my RAV4 to California a couple of years ago, but haven't had the Tacoma very far from home yet.

Wet..... Plumber was here to see how bad it was and see what he needed. Will be back first thing in the am to fix it. stoopid plumber that caused this!! The guy that installed the line, bent the pex, instead of putting a 90* in.

Have a fan on the carpet and it pulled back to at least control the wet.....

Sounds familiar. Had several fast bass boats including Bullets and Allisons. The fastest was a Allison with Mercury Pro Max 225 which would do 95 MPH. Sold it in 2001 and dropped back to something more tame and less expensive to own and maintain. Aluminum Xpress with 4 Stroke Yamaha. Not as much exhilarating fun but the fish don't mind.

Ditto that! It takes all of 30 seconds to crimp one of those joints. What was the guy thinking.

Welcome to the new folks! I'm gonna want pictures of this so-called 90mph boat...

Sorry for the crappy plumbing work Sue. You pay good money and trust a tradesman to do the job correctly and sometimes you get a sub standard job.

On a brighter note who would have thought us geezers would have 900 pages of stuff to talk about.

Checked my 401(k) from work yesterday, highest it's ever been, but too, I've made contributions the last 3 months when it had hit it's highest at the end of Nov. Nice trend last week. Good sign the economy may be picking up or higher ups know more then we do?

    Evening all:
:woot: on the 900 pages, I'm getting a little behind on posts!

Good to hear and great timing for it to happen, but it can go down quick also!
I was completely out of the market just prior to 2008, so I missed that correction, but literally "HAD" to get back in when bank interest, CD's, Money Markets, etc., started paying almost nothing.
I would say there's a good chance that the ridiculously low interest is what's driving the market more than anything. Do the math, .04% of 200k=$80 a yr, 4% on that same 200k= $8000 a yr. Sure fired way to lose a lot of money at current money market or bank rates!

:( GRRRR! All set up to shoot at night, had a coyote in the light and scope last night just off the yard, and missed it! :annoyed:
100 yds., on a rest, and missed :frusty: ! I shot many groundhogs with that gun @ 300 yds. plus, that should have been a gussy! :notsure:
