That's not exactly reasonable. The flares are $600 unpainted and you'd need to drill holes in the fender and bed to install.

I ordered the weathertech ones today. Just got the truck on Thursday and drove it six miles home on wet roads and there was splatter everywhere. Wasn't even raining.

Are those weathertech mud guards? And if so where did you get the 4x4 stickers? I have a set of weathertech mud guards coming they should be here this next week but I saw nothing on their site for the white 4x4 logo

I'd go with the 11x19's since they give you a bit more room to play with when attaching them. I went with the mountain scene on the front and 4wd ones on the back.

Want to get mud flaps but have read a lot about them wearing the paint off of the fenders over time where they rub against it. Does anyone have any pictures of this damage and is it possible to avoid?

Husky mud guards come with a protective sticker that you place between the mud guard and fender to prevent paint damage.

I've also never heard of a mudflap wearing paint off the fender. Maybe if they are improperly installed :notsure:
