I in fact feel like the truck at this moment is super soft for my taste so possibly upping the build with the spindle and all-pro leaf pack in the rear will give me that desirable feel.

The upper limit with a complete pack is certainly higher and there is no doubt about that. What I will say is that I have never touched it. Load the truck with rock or hook a trailer on and I am very happy that I have it as the truck then rides like a Cadillac. I don't think you'll hate it, it will just be a stiffer than what you are used to now. My OME setup on my truck is quite stiff. I feel every crack in the road. All this being said I have never personally gone LT myself so I can't tell you with 100% certainty the "right" way to do it. If you like the truck feel I believe that what you have proposed would work out just fine. Don't get me wrong, when I get on a rough road I can just blaze across it. Might be pretty stiff and jarring, but it handles it overall better than stock did.

You sir have sealed the deal on me getting those rear leaf packs since everything you proposed sounds right up my alley. Now since I've decided on what parts for the suspension i just need to figure out what wheels will actually fit this build since the stocks i doubt will fit unless i get spacers just for the wheels (still need the rear 1.25 spacers to even out the wideness up front). Other than thats, I know im going to purchase the billys from down-south however i cant seem to find the 5150s only the 5125 are up there. Ill keep looking though!

Now we can talk about wheels hehe let the other half of the fun commence! heard that you need a backspacing of 4.5 roughly and a 0 Offset to fit 285/75/16 with so that rubbing and trimming are not needed.

I am running 4.5 backspacing and -12 offset on my truck and they just barely stick out beyond the wells... I am in no way a master of wheels. Wheel specs might as well be in german to me. I always used to talk to @KPT about this stuff, but I don't have the know how myself.

Ill have to do more research on the wheels then. So far the whole setup from suspension to the wheels is right under $3000 which is pretty neat for what im trying to build. The craziest thing is since the spindle adds an additional 0.75 of width it would turn out to be pretty decently wide just to my liking!

Ohhhhh those stealth series wheels look mighty fancy. I'm digging the street sort of style they have.

I can just kind of tell what people are gunning for on their builds. Plenty of options, but if you don't know they're out there... Guess that's what I get for being a veteran here now.

    And thank you!

Goes to show how wonderful this community is! I'm glad you guys are able to help people like me out.

Now I'm guessing I may need to re gear this truck at one point for all intents and purposes since I'm planning on throwing new shoes on her and seeing that she's in at 230k miles it wouldn't hurt to do so after this upgrade.

Going down a whole different road at that point. Is the regear nice? Absolutely. Necessary? Depends on who you ask. @BradyT88 would be the guy to talk to about that!
