Has anyone tried these with a shell? Just curious

I don't know if there would be enough room to mount both. The front part of the bike mount needs to go right where the leg of the bed rack would go.

The good news, is that I'm making a similar bike mount to bolt directly to my bed rack.

How do the metal bed rails workout with the Softopper alone and not with the bike rack? I'm wondering if the cap will stay clamped better to the metal bed rails because it's thinner than the stock plastic ones.

 

@DoorDing has been MIA for quite some time, but I believe he loves his metal side rail caps with his topper.

I have, but in the end it's just easier to go black.

Because once you go black, you never.........well, you get it.

 

Do you know if these will work with the extang full tilt tonneau?

 

I'm not familiar with that cover, but check out the pictures. You should be able to tell (if you have the cover already).

 

Do you know what the duty costs are to Canada? Also, how long do you expect shipping to take to Toronto? This is a great bike rack set up!

 

I ship via the post office, so I'm not sure if there are any duty fees. Shouldn't take long to get to you, I'm just south of Buffalo, NY.
