Cant wait to move here! it looks like some amazing places to wheel and camp

 

We would love for you to move here. There is a great group of us that love to wheel and the vast places and types of places to wheel are nice.

 

Tempe/Mesa/Chandler/Show Low are looking like possible destinations depending on where i can find a job. The places in the state are pretty different from what we have out here in the East.

 

Most of us live in the Phoenix area, but there are members all over the state. When are you thinking of moving out here?

 

June/July/August at the very latest.

 

Have fun with that. 115+ degree temps make moving a horrible thing to do out here in the summer.

 

No humidity, so i'll be golden. Humidity is the enemy. Thats it lol

 

He have the humidity in July-Sept, but not like the east coast.

 

Going to save this for when you move here. See what you think about that dry as fuck heat.

As training to prepare for moving here I would suggest heating a convection oven to 115, stand in front of it and open the door.


Edit: heat your seats and dash to 150 and climb on in as well.

 

Damn! Don't spoil it for him! He needs to learn some stuff on his own.

My obligatory A/C Vent Thermometer pic from spring a few years ago. Left it in the dash vent of my car when I got to work. Tinted windows, windshield sunvisor in place, sunroof vented. Started and blasted the A/C for 20-30 seconds before taking this pic at 138°. It was in the 150° neighborhood for sure. Yes, the black hard plastic sleeve did bend due to the heat.

105* with like 80% humidity is about as close to death as ive gotten..

 

I grew up in the Birmingham/Atlanta areas, so I've fully experienced the 98°/98% humidity type of weather outside running/biking/playing ball, etc. I love it out here and prefer the "dry heat". But it's tough to actually do much for the long summer also.

 

In between bumble bee and Cleator of I-17. There are a few spots that might be challenging in stock form but with the right line I think you would be fine.

 

This place looks awesome. Is 4x4 needed to go here?

 

Going to say it depends on vehicle and driver.....
