That's probably lighter than what I pull. Ours is about 4600lbs. empty. It does fine, but I do try to avoid steep inclines as much as I can.

I tow a 2014 25' KZ Sportsman BH, length over all is 27' weight dry is 4400lb, weight loaded with equipment is 5200lb, I never travel with my tanks full. I have a 2013 DCSB with factory tow package, I do use the weight distribution when towing. It towed fine the first year but I thought the truck needed some help. I'm doing some upgrades to the suspension, and engine, to help the truck tow the camper more comfortably. I did notice after towing the camper for one season, the rear suspension started to sag. After i'm done with the upgrades to the truck I can post pic's The camper is covered now, so no picks...sorry

This is my old boat. 1978 Glastron with 140 hp Johnson outboard. The boat is still in mostly original condition and runs great. With decent maintenance these old outboards are as reliable as a Tacoma. My 2nd gen Tacoma is a terrific tow vehicle for this boat. 73b9bc7468ac2d523d713eb9b15a7594_cfd5851999294c704e314380d71152e8e4546a08.jpg

This doesn't look like a very safe hitch, You would benefit greatly by adding a Reese Dual Cam Sway Bar on there, bringing the nose down and evening out the truck with more weight on the front wheels. You are asking for trouble tooling down the road keeping up with traffic....

image.jpg Towed this a while back. Besides not getting to use 6th gear much and stopping I hardly noticed the car was there just going down the road.

Just got the trailer on Friday. 5300 lbs dry. Was concerned about exceeding the weight limits and had a bunch of questions. All of which had already been answered in these forums.

    Taco.jpg

Pulled it ~100 miles and stopped at the CAT scale. Truck and Trailer = 10,100. Ultragauge reported average 13 MPG. We had 20-25 MPH winds that day too.

Handled pretty good. Plan on taking it to Texas Sandfest in Port Aransas in April. Will post a pic of it hooked up when I pick it up for our 30 day service visit.
