If i put a 1.5" spacer on top of a coilover that will lift my truck 3". And 4" spindles. Would this cause any harm anywere? would it be dangerous? Could it even be done?

Pretty sure it can be done but it will ride like shit, and puts more stress on the spindles. Be sure to get longer brake lines if you do it which personally I wouldn't.

I have extend brake lines already. I have 1.5"spacer with 4" spindles. But im thinking about buying icon 2.5. Which will be 3" it already rides like shit im not sure it could get much worse
