How difficult were they to install!? I changed just my headlight bulbs today for Sylvania ZXE and just don't notice enough of a difference to justify the $50 price tags so I'm ready for a real change! Also did u tint you headlight assembly, is it just the lighting in the photo, or is it your new xenon xentecs that cause that blue glow?

 

I did mine outside in like -40 with a heat gun and it came off completely in a minute, didn't use fishing line or adhesive remover

 

I would never put in regular bulbs again... Like you said, there isn't "enough of a difference". I would try sending them back for a refund and spend an extra $10 for something that's going to blow your mind. They are super easy to install, took me about 20 min but I have previous experience. No I didn't tint the headlight assembly, and to be honest I don't think that's very smart. Your changing your headlights to get more light, why would you put film on to make them darker? But yes, the pic is edited so it makes the color look more blue than they actually are. I went with the 8k which are kind of like a crystal blue. If you want more blue than that, go with the 10k, but they don't look as bright while driving. I highly recommend the 8k, you wont be disappointed.

 

Derp'ed the V6 badge today for a test run, the biggest pain is trimming the tape to reinstall. Nicked the damn thing a couple times. Gonna do Tacoma emblems tomorrow maybe try taping and trimming them before derping them....

 

Installed n-fab steps, darkness set in so no pictures. I'll post some tomorrow. However I did notice the front bracket had two holes but the truck only had one hole... Anyone else have this issue? There secure its just odd...

 

My baby is only 10 days old. My first mod yesterday was plasti-dipping the emblems to black out. love how easy it is.
