That's exactly what I was thinking.

Let the last girl know that I'm interested.

Yeah bra I'm way too alpha to be into any of those chicks, I can barely find time for chicks in between my sets of moving massive weight.

Did legs with the wifey again today. I'm doing upper/lower this week, so the volume is lower than normal. I was reading on how to target the outer quads b/c mine are puny compared to my inner quads. It said to do narrow stance squats and leg press and toes inward leg extensions with your feet closer together. I don't feel comfortable doing narrow stance squats, so I stuck with focusing on the outer quads with leg press and leg extensions.

    3 sets of 8-20:
    squats
    stiff-legged deadlifts
    leg curls (toes pointed inward)

    2 sets of 8-20:
    lying leg curls
leg press (legs low to isolate quads)

    calves & abs

Also found this chart, which I thought was pretty cool:

Man, I haven't had bacon in a long time. I mean, I get it on my burgers when I go out to eat but it's not the same.

Today was supposed to be a rest day. I hate rest days, and I'm playing volleyball tomorrow, so I decided to go ahead to the next day of my program. DESTROYED shoulders. Might not be able to move them for volleyball tomorrow. For my leg exercise, I did 8 sets of 20 step ups. Some body weight, some with 25s. Heart rate and quads were both feeling the extra cardio. Started with 20 mins at 3 mph at a 4 incline on the treadmill, ended with 10 mins at 3 mph at 4 incline and then a 8:30 mile around downtown. If I don't drop body fat for the summer on this program, something is messed up.

4 weeks of cutting down... 10 lbs down. A little aggressive for loss, but that first week was like 5 lbs so I will just stay at this number until I level out. I have grown to love cutting season. You actually get to see progress week over week.

I would hate to see my mile time. I am trying this thing where you keep a pace that you can talk at. For me that is slightly above walking but I can easily continue to "run" and never really tire unless I accidently speed up.

I have never accidentally sped up in my entire life. Running to or from... Most of the time not running at all

Yea, I talked to a guy over the summer that does a bunch of iron man races all over the world. That was his advice to my buddy that was trying to get back into shape. He could barely run 1/2 mile without almost dying. He told him to stay at a pace you can comfortably talk at. It worked. Until he decided to skip the gym again. Now he's out of shape again. Lol
