    I flat foot mine at about 31", so I would most likely have to only use one leg when stopped.

    It compresses a lot when you sit on it

    I have a 32" in seam and i can flat foot this bike easily

    Rode about 37 miles today.

    Blead my forks for the first time as well. I was surprised how much air came out.

    whats the point of bleeding the forks? Never heard of it as a maintenance thing

    Takes the pressure off the seals. You let the air out to bring them back to atmospheric pressure. Allows the forks to do their job better and not wear the fork oil or the seals as fast.

    Loosen the screw circled in green until you hear a hissing sound, wait until the hissing sound stops completely, screw it back down tight. Repeat the process on the other fork.

    There are also button bleeders that you can replace those screws with. With them, all you have to do is hold down the little button to let the air out. Faster, easier, makes you do it more often.


    It is very important to bleed the forks before and after tying the bike down to transport it. Strap the bike down, release the pressure. Then when you unstrap the bike, open the bleeders back up and let the air back in. That is crucial in saving your fork seals.

    Some bikes don't have bleeders.


    So its not always an option.


    And the seals will still fail...this is just preventative maintenance depressurizing them
