I ordered a set of hybrid rock sliders from Tiffany at Demello.
While I wasn't in a hurry, she thought it would be +/- 6 weeks.
I went up to Corona this morning, almost 6 weeks exactly, for them to install.
In my mind, driving 1 1/2 hours to have their tech do the install made good sense.
I got there a little early, Tiffany said the tech was finishing up helping another tech, and would be on my truck shortly - and he was.
She had estimated 2 - 3 hours for the install, because they were going to be drilling the frame for extra fasteners - which they recommend for extra strength in a DCLB bolt-on installation.
Just over 2 1/2 hours later the tech came in and said "All done".

They look great, and look way strong!

After I got home, I had my wife come out and look at her "step rails", which I got because she is having hip problems, and will likely need a replacement soon.

She thought the rails looked great, "so much better than the pimpy shiny ones". She tried them, as Tiffany had demonstrated - and had a much easier time getting in the truck!

If some want to make fun of a "fan boy" post - have at it.

I wanted to say something good about a merchant doing what they said they'd do, giving good, friendly service and delivering what they committed to, at the $$$ we agreed.

    Thanks guys.

Thank you Skipper Mike, Sorry I didn't have more time to chat with you yesterday. We are trying to get our lead times down and keep them on point as much as possible:)

I had the same experience with Demello. One of the techs installed mine on a saturday, maybe took hour and a half.

Couldn't be more pleased with their product and customer service
