Adventure offroad fabrication. I can get you gears and in two weeks will even have donor axles to do the gears in so that you just have to swap out the third in the rear and the clam shell in the front and boom your all done with gears. I would be willing to do the rear third but would recomed asking @thefatkid really really nicely if he could regear the front.

Not really any point, if you have a tape measure that is good enough if you have a SAS. It will be a guessing game as to what that axle combo would like for toe in.

I'm going to be diffed out until after Moab. I have to build mine for my truck, 2 spares for Moab, and some other guy with a 1st gen. I'm begining to realize I'm over booked with my own projects before Moab.

Are you going to be able to do @alee891 front? Also we went and bugged the guys over in the parts department and could not find that thin steel shim that backs the pinion bearing, could you find that and get it for me so i can get it thursday and put the third back together?

Well, I was planning on a long road trip this summer but as it happens I'm not taking my truck on it anymore. I just wonder what my highway RPMs will be like on 33's with 4.56 gears

Ok sweet! I will get ahold of you when I get some extra penny's saved up. And @thefatkid is there any chance I could talk you into doing my front down the road maybe when you are not so booked up?

    Stock gears = 3.73
    Upgraded gears = 4.56

4.56/3.73= 1.222 take that number and multiply it by what your high way rpms are and boom.

Since it seems like I got the gear guys talking what would you guys run on a 2.7 with 265/75/16 tires? Think I have 4:10 now and they have a hard time turning my tires
