No, not yet. Still figuring out what else I'll need. I pretty much have everything but I'd like some kind of mount where I can take the cage out if I have too. My rear t100 axle has 4.88 in it now, so I'll need to do the same in the front before I can install, unless I can run without the axles for a while. But I don't see that working.

Trust me id LOVE to get it knocked out. But no way. I have no idea how to do the gears. I think Blackdawg did his. It's probably something I could do, the only thing I would want to know is how to do the spacing. If I could do that I'd love to do my own, otherwise I have to send it in to ecgs. ECGS did my rearend with the arb and I know it will be good. Sucks because if I take the clamshell out the truck will be down for a couple weeks. Then I'll have to get my 35s too, hahah.

Do you think it's worth to arb up front too?

You need gears done? I know a Toyota tech that does them on the side. He did mine. And yes he does lockers too. I thought you where done already. That's why I didn't mention it.

Oh yeah he's not to far from you.

That would be great! Thats whats been keeping me from doing the rear. ECGS wants like 1700 to do an arb and 4.88s. You think I could beat that?

Any ideas on my speedometer? I shorted out a wire (smoked) on my old instrument cluster. I replaced it with another one from a salvage yard but it still doesn't work properly. It's like way off. I'll be going 30 and it says 10. And it doesn't move regularly through the range like it did oe. I was thinking VSS?

No way I would attempt gears myself. Don't have the patience.
As far as the locker up front, I'd just get a winch. Less stress on the CV's

He could bet that for sure. Well you'll need to talk to him to see how he charges. And what his time frame is. I'll pm you his screen name and you could pm him. Just say ray sent you his way and see what his timing is like.

About the cluster I have no clue. I have the same problem and I don't know how it fix it. :annoyed:

Hey Josh, what are you using for meth injection? Window washer fluid or locally sourced methanol?
I'm thinking about dishing out a couple hundred bucks to get a meth injection kit+boost controller and going up to 8 psi

I use regular cheapie stuff from walmart or kings. $1.50 a gallon. I love the stuff! So interesting, even in the gallon jug the stuff is super cool to the touch. It's naturally a colder substance.

Do it brother. And go higher. I'm at 10psi with my piggyback and I could go way more. I want to slowly tune and go up to like 20 or 24psi. Lol. Our engines are bulletproof (to an extent). I'm pretty sure you can get a pump and solenoid, everything you'd need for about $100. Good pumps are on ebay.

Any tips on breaking the torque on the cam bolts? Tried it when I did (some) poly bushings and 5100s, but no luck. Mother of god those bitches are tight. No rust issues- just a ton of torque I guess. I'm trying to do this without leaning on lift and air tool having people.

Lol mine started slipping a little bit too last month. At least that's what I think it is. In a 5th gear WOT pull the RPMS go up and then slow down a little, then speed up again. Maybe I'm crazy.
The blue barely-less-than-a-gallon containers of washer fluid at dollar tree contain 33-50/50-66 meth/water.
I thought to myself, dang meth injection (straight window fluid) per gallon is actually cheaper than gas. My engine would probably be much happier at 8 psi with meth than 5 psi without. The bottles of HEET are pure methanol too, so you could potentially make a 60/40 meth/water mix gallon for $2.
Does straight washer fluid do enough to bring AFRs down to 11 if they are at 13 @ 8 psi?
How much methanol (or mix) do you guys go through per 100 miles would you say?
