17" TRD wheels w/265/70/17 BFG KO2s, Weathertech mud flaps, Gecko LED bed lights, more to come.
I believe it's a 7" wide rim, if so then yes they will fit but that's about the max you can go. I had 285s on my stock FJ wheels and had no issues.

They will fit with trimming and wheel spacers are highly advised, I went with 1 1/4"

EDIT: Sorry OP I didn't look to see what gen thread this was but many guys have done this already to their rigs.

The problem is the sock wheels have no offset and don't stick out at all plus they look like they came off a family 4 door car so even with 285's they won't look good. If you want to keep it toyota put on these trd 17 inch pro wheels , the offset is perfect and the rim and tire stick out just the right amount. I have 265 70 17 ko2's no lift no rub, perfect size in my opinion but People do put 285's on this rim you will need to lift it though 20160211_232723.jpg 2016-02-23 20.59.37.jpg 20160213_145808.jpg

I have they toyotec 3" lift front and 2" add a leave in the back, upgrade the bilstein 5100 to the new 5160 series and the TOTAL CHAOS UCA with NO spacer needed for the tire size and TRD rimes

Looks great. What's the offset on those TRD rims?
