There's only one real bad corner and that's the one you see in the picture. I purposely put that brick there to support my igniter plate. Once I find a way to support that plate I can remove that brick

 

So since @Gramps mention that some of the broken diffs could be caused by not properly breaking in the diffs. I guess I have to get my truck out and break in the front diff before RT. So any recommendations on how to do that right? And where would be a good place to go?

 

Isnt it just drive around gently with out romping on things for 1000 miles then change diff fluid. Thats what i have heard.

 

Then I guess I'll start hitting the track after work to put some miles on it. There is a lot of loose gravel on the track. Plus it's close to home.

 

Ray drive it easy for 500 miles change the fluid, drive it easy another 500 change the fluid and your good to go

 

I believe you, But that seems like a ton of miles. People take their new trucks off the lot and romp in them. What is the difference?

 

Ray, the front end needs to be engaged and under power during that 500 miles.

Find a county dirt road and put her in 4x4 and just drive. Change speeds occasionally.
