    Agreed!!! I also think that the shifting in sport mode is backwards, however, that might just be because I got used to the way it was in my BMW which was the other way around.

    No, you are correct. The quick shift is backwards also. I come from the racing world and you always yanked back to shift through the gears

    Yep. Happened to me once, since then I've been using the controls on the steering wheel. It my third car with controls on the steering wheel so I'm pretty used to it.

    I thought the same thing OP . Especially since it was exactly opposite on my 2014 tundra . There are lots of little quirks about this gen that drive me crazy .

    The easiest way to remember the controls is to see it this way. Music is pitch like vocals, so vocals go up and down. Song selection are like song sheets or pages that you turn left to right or right to left. $.02
