The new huskys are just rebranded KTM's with linkage shocks and other minor changes; engines and frames are mostly the same.

    Okay :cookiemonster:

Can't decide. 450 Sumo, Sportster 48, fz07/09. I'd happily ride any of those. Leaning more towards a 48 or FZ.

I'm gonna go see if our Yamaha shop has one tomorrow. Doubt it but worth a look.

Id say it depends on where your riding then. If youre gonna be on the highway for trips or long time get an fz, but if you spend more time commuting/around town get a sumo. Really i have no problem cruising my sumo at 80 for an hour if i need to, but some people like to cruise 90+ on the highway. Not sure what type of riding you like. Plus side about a sumo is swapping tires and going offroad when you want

As much fun as a sumo would be, it just wouldn't be suitable for this area. Our "in town" cruising area is not big at all. Lots of open road and mountain roads to explore so a more street oriented bike would definitely be a first option. If I was living back in Denver again I'd definitely be considering a sumo no questions asked.

The 2016 WR450 has 4 valves instead of 5, is 12.5:1 instead of 12.3:1, is just a little bit taller...

I think the sumo is more fun in the curves personally. The light weight and flicking of the bike is just so right.

But i know the bigger bikes are plenty of fun as well.

I can't argue with that. The hoonage possibilities are endless on a dirt scooter. With or without knobby tires. I always see sumo videos on YouTube and I'm envious every single time lol.

Cant go wrong with either choice

If i didnt want a grom so much id probably look into an fz similarly.

I'd rip a grom lol but I'd need about 5 of my friends to get one too so we can have a grom squad.

I want one, but i don't know if i could pile the miles on it like i do to the DRZ. I know how long the DRZ should last. I have no idea about a grom

Hahaha. Im gonna rip on one by myself, plenty of people around the area that get out on groms or 50s though and go through downtown. Plus itll go 65 so not completely slow. I rip on my drz with sportbikes too, they only leave me on the highway

Its a honda. As long you take care of it, itll last a while.

Plus they have bb kits for them too, ha. Even a $2300 motor thatll triple output to 27hp
