just ordered my trd OR DCLB i even told the dealer i would prefer NO tech package and black but would settle for the 1st available with or without tech package in black or the dark gray. My hopes aren't high as they ordered one in Nov and just about to get here to their dealership this week for previous customer. The rate this is going i might have to order 2 more suppressors and see if the ATF is faster than Toyota lol

Someone ordered a truck in Nov and are now just getting it? That worries me but also confuses me. Mine is being ordered in a allocation to I guess make it faster. Some people are waiting about 4-6 weeks. How is that guy who ordered in Nov getting it more then 4 months...blows my mind.

they might have been blowing smoke up my ass who knows but my friend is the asst mgr so i would assume he isn't. they were also puzzled when i said i didn't want ANY dealer options nor would i pay for anything extra than the tow package unelss they can only find the tech package first. they were like no running boards, no pin stripe, no tanneau cover, i just laughed and said sure if you want to throw it in free awesome but i'm not paying a dime over what you just quoted me without it

Truck came in yesterday, and I picked it up late afternoon!!!
Was raining so no picks yet, but hopefully tonight. Will post them once taken :)

2016 Black DCLB 4X4 TRD Upgrade!!

Dealer didn't have any tonneau covers available... will have to start shopping for one today!!

It was a 3.5 week wait as this truck was coming in as allocation.
If I didn't take this one, it would have been a 5-6 month wait for the TRD upgrade.

    :):):):):):):)

I ordered mine on February 1st 2016 it arrived at the dealership on 3/7/16. On that day the salesperson called me to come down and I inspect it. I drove it home on 3/9/2016 at noon.

Very excited. My October 17th order is being built this week, I'm hoping for an "end of March" delivery.

My SOVR was accepted in November and I just received it yesterday. It makes a difference if it is an allocation (BOS) order or a special order (SOVR). The allocation order will generally be quite a bit quicker. You just have to get them to accept it. In my case, GST doesn't order hardly any DCLB trucks if any. So it wasn't as simple as just changing a color and options on an existing allocation for me. They had to special order the truck instead and that is why it took so long.
