Track width and height are what do it. Not short wheel base. I've seen plenty of toyota trucks that look roll happy, but no 4runners. I've had my side mirror about a foot and a half away from the ground and didn't feel like I was going to tip. One thing you can do to help against roll over is wider tires or get wheel spacers. As long as you respect the car and the road you won't roll.

What did your mom do to scare you?

@MuricaTaco I agree with Danny. Be smart and you'll be fine. I used to take corners up here in the 4runner at 60+ and be totally fine. I can't even do that in the Firebird with how much body sway it has. Based on what I've seen in Anza you'll be fine...

Well as long as you have a map :luvya:

Yaaa I've seen plenty of people do dumb shit, definately as served as reasons why not to do stuff that causes dumb shit. Hell I remember my first experience with this. I was with some friends at the OC fair and they got drunk so I had to drive the truck home, my first time driving a tacoma :D, but I didn't even have a permit yet hahahaha. I never want to be in a predicament like those fools

Maybe someday!I bought my truck brand new over 3 years ago and love it!Plan on driving it a long time!Whenever i've purchased new vehicles it's because that's what i wanted and it's to drive them for a long time!I own my truck already as well and still wouldn't sell it because of that fact!If i was to get a 4X4 it would most likely be a brand new one as well!

You could always go the route @Dangerousd1987 has gone. Get some gnarly tires and clearance and you could be offroading pretty damn happy!
Speaking of @Dangerousd1987 where you at buddy

Or you could just get a cheap 4x4 4runner and keep the taco. Beat the hell out of the runner and not worry about like you would the taco haha

Some times it takes 3 or 4 times but whatever I'm an egotistical maniac that's about as hard headed as a rhino and about as caring as a koala or a rabid bear coming after your family for trying to hump his tree home in its root hole making baby trees in his forrest
