anyone live in silverdale? I have seen a couple (like 2) built trucks, mostly jeeps though... I haven't been out wheeling yet, just some really nice forest roads, and by nice I mean like highways quality dirt roads.

At Doxon Toyota for the wifes highlander. They have a 2016 marked up to 46k. They put on special steps, a revtek spacer lift and some shitty black wheels with crappy AT tires that look used and marked it up 4500 for it.

That's what I'm saying. I don't think I'll be buying a new tacoma when the time comes. I might move up to the tundras I see for that same price. More truck, same gas mileage.

Yikes. I have been witness to the same situation on a narrow fsr in the snow. The guy that did the recovery was smart, fast and a lifesaver.

Plan one and see who can make it! There's not really many active guys though. A handful in the area but a couple only post every now and then.

I love the size of the Tacoma for what I need. But the back seat is basically non existent even in a crew cab and shitty gas mileage. I'm probably moving up to a full-size something in the near future. Or a SUV

To be honest, if I had the $ to do it, I'd go up to the Tundra. Granted it is stock, my dads Tundra is quite a bit more comfortable.
You are right about the back seat in a DC, only time I've let someone sit behind me was my buds son when I was driving his wife to get a car. No chance an adult would be able to sit back there.

I upgraded to the tundra after selling the tacoma and 4runner. No regrets here, same mpg's and lots more room and power. Onky down fall is you wont be seening it on the trails, so i need to get a trail rig.

Hey, a double cab is do-able with a single child in the back seat :) My daughter has been sitting back there since infant. But if you're wanting more than one child it'll get tight back there. I've had my nephew's car seat + my daughters booster seat back there along with an adult. Not comfortable at all. *sighs* If I gave two shits about modding my truck I'd buy your hybrid bumper off you. What are you looking to get? Tundra? F-150?

So THAT'S why you've been MIA.

I fit 4 grown adults in my dcsb no problem. Also they're under 6'6" I'm 5'11" myself and usually suggest the tallest to ride shotgun. Sure over size loads are troublesome but I've yet to find something I couldn't haul. Where there's a will there's a way. I don't haul heavy loads so I don't need the v8.

Did you get the tundra 1/2 4 door or the full 4 door? If you got the full 4 door I can understand, that's a ton of room and don't blame you.
