    Has anyone been able to order the header rail lately? I've called 4 dealers and no one is showing stock. Apparently there are 50 coming into the country but no ETA. I can't believe Toyota didn't include these stock for 2016. Part # below for reference. Thanks in advance!

    Yes, the 2nd generation rails fit the 2016s. They do not come with the end caps though

    I haven't installed it yet, but the holes line up on mine. Just walked out to verify it.

    66134-04010 is the end cap part number, it takes two. Aesthetics only really

    I called them earlier and they have no stock. They are the ones showing 50 coming in with no timeline. Thanks for the info though!

    chrome valve stems covers
    Order the part for a 2015. Those show up in stock and they fit perfect. When I got mine there was no part listing for the 2016.

    I understand that the 2nd generation is the same and that it shows in stock on the website but I called multiple places with no stock. Just looking for someone that has "recently" actually purchased one and where from so I could check. I am inpatient :) Alternative for my purposes is to forgo the header rail and DIY a thu-axle bike carrier on a 2x6 using pipes. Thanks everyone for the suggestions and info.

    Keep an eye on the Amazon part. I had one sitting in my cart for the last couple of weeks with it saying "usually ships in 1 to 3 months". My wife just happened to be ordering something else this am and saw "only 1 left in stock" and bought it right away. So they do have some stock coming through...just have to be lucky and catch it when it does.
