2014 Entune Plus stereo 57090 XM module

Greetings,

I'm installing a 2014 Entune Plus head unit 57090 in place of original 57053 stereo (non-Entune). The unit I'm installing comes with the factory XM module, but no cables.

Can anyone help me identify part numbers for the 3 cables? I've figured the XM antenna adapter part. Just need cables shown in this photo.

Does anyone know if the HD radio requires a separate antenna from mast type?

 

No the HD uses the mast

I do see that at the rear of the 57090 head unit antenna plug in location (image above top right white plug), there are two antenna pins, whereas the antenna plug on my 2013 provides a single contact.

Does the 2014-15 models have a two lead input at the antenna plug?

This is a retro fit install 2014 head unit into a 2013. Everything works, but the HD fades a lot (located DC so should be very clear signal with out "searching").

I did configure the correct settings on the receiver to HD signal....don't get traffic or weather at all.

The spider cable was spot on XM unit works, just need to route the $9 EBay antenna to exterior, in dash location not getting the best signal so far.

 

What adapter did you use for the xm? I'm installing an aftermarket xm antenna on my hood because my Four Wheel cabover camper blocks the shark fin antenna on my 2014 4x4 dbl cab. Any help would be appreciated.

 

So what I did, and it worked perfectly was buy a Terk XM magnetic antenna off EBay (see above) the antenna plug fits direct to the antenna plug at the rear of the 57090.
Just remove the 90 deg elbow plug (pink thing) what remains is a small female adapter, carefully plug it into your stereo, done.

It took longer to route the antenna cable to cab magnetic mount (exterior)....

 

I know this is an older thread, but I am trying to wire in an aftermarket tailgate camera and am trying to pinpoint which port is the for the camera connection so I can find the appropriate adapter. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
