Good upper workout Zach. I grouped them into muscle groups and did chest-back-shoulders-bi-tri. I got tired of waiting on my partner so he ended up being a couple sets behind and had to cut shrugs out to catch back up before we hit bis. Took me 67min to finish.

Trust me and don't try even a bit more than one scoop. For me to say that it tells you something

4 hrs of sleep a night most of this year kinda requires me to do something to stay awake at my day job

I had a breakfast buffet the past week on my trip. Omelet, French Toast, and Hashbrown potatoes for 6 straight days. I'm on day 2 of pop tarts and water :anonymous:

I have, yes. I much perfer that over your typical shoe... Normal shoes are too squishy and cause micromovements that we can't feel or see. However, when I squat I used olympic shoes (adipower). I did for a long time do the squat without shoes and it was much better. I felt more stable and felt I was making that connection between ground and my body - sounds stupid, but when squatting, it's 99% mental for me. If you don't have olympic shoes, go in just your socks.

Olympic shoes don't only help "oly lifts" they provide support for a ton of lifts. Even stupid bicep curls, I feel more stable and planted to the ground, less likely to use my body to lift the weight and I can more concentrate on the movement of my bicep. The biggest place I notice the oly shoes help are squats #1. I do enjoy them for pressing or even benching (if you don't know how to use your feet on your bench, you're doing it wrong). Just a more stable shoe, helped me a bit.

So my neighbor/current workout partner's wife just had their 2nd child and is currently trying to shed some baby weight. She has been working out with my wife who is just trying to keep up with me (don't know why) and they either go to a gym class (zumba, barre, cardio circuit, ect) or they go to the gym when I am there and do circuits together. They always ask me for advice on what to do and I tell them to do HIIT with heavy emphasis on legs and core while intermixing treadmill and stairmaster. They usually end up not listening to me and doing what they 'think they know' and it is usually step ups, hack squats, and tricep pull downs. For the life of me I can't figure out why they focus so much on their triceps. Trying to burn fat and they choose to hit literally the tiniest muscle I can think of on a girl. They have the standard girl mindset that if they do anything to the big muscle groups with weight they are instantly going to beef up and 'get huge'.

I'll probably gauge it at .5 scoop at first and go from there. I workout at 5 and go to bed around 11, so I def don't wanna take too much and be up all night

That's 99% of the women at our gym. Luckily, I finally got my wife away from that thinking. Half of the women at my gym do cardio only and wonder why they're still fat/not tone. The other half only do classes and have the same problem: they're still fat. The 1% who actually do cardio and lift weights are the best looking ones in the gym. It took my wife forever to start doing weights, now we workout together a lot. The only thing she won't do is traps or heavy shoulders b/c bitches with big shoulders/traps are scary looking.

Girls are terrified of jiggling arm syndrome. When your triceps are relaxed and jiggle when you move your arms. That's why chicks do it. Guaranteed

I've learned the hard way that jiggling my wife's arm is a way to piss her off.
