    That sucks. I can't believe that snapped though. I always just hand tightened them with a wrench and never had a problem.

    Super bummed on it but neither can I. I hand tightened it about half way so I know it's not cross threaded.

    Not sure whether to still put the passenger side in and do this one when its done and just run half an icon lift for a few days of driving

    You can break locktite but it will help the screws from backing out.

    I made mine hand tight. Old screws and such. I was comfortable not using loctite but if you don't want to torque something at lease the bolt won't back out.
    Wouldn't worry about it. If you have a Drexel with a cutoff wheel You could cut a slit in the bolt and try to back out the part you broke too...

    I never loctited mine and didn't have an issue. I always just checked them every few thousand miles to make sure they were tight.
