Looks good man. What size tires are you running?

Also, did you have to replace the top mount studs or were the stock ones long enough?

Welcome. I saw that they did. Did you have to disassemble the strut assembly to get them out?

    Yes, you do.

If I had do my lift again, I would do 5100 with 887 set at 0 and AAL 1.5" that should give you near level or .25-.5" rear rake good quality ride and no need to mess with ucas. Down side of this you need to wait for coils to settle

I thought about that too. What the difference in lift with 885 vs 887??

The coil spring length is only 5mm longer with the 887. As far as the lift result after its installed, I think there are many variables

Ok gotcha. If I went with the 885 and the 5100 at the lowest setting, would it give me 2 inches of lift after settling?

Also, I've read where people are saying not to use stock springs on the 5100's...any truth to this?

You would get around 2.5" if you set at .85 on 5100

Ok thanks. Can I use the stock springs with the 5100's set at .85 or 1.75 if I choose to not use 885's?

Everyone on here and from what I've seen offered is that the 5100's that fit the 2nd generation will also fit the 3rd gen too...my question is is bilstein making another application for 2016 tacomas or are they staying with the same application as for the 2nd gen?

I called Bilstein factory and the associate said they haven't come out with a model/product for the 2016's yet. A search on their wesbite also confirms this. I called a truck shop in San Diego and they recommended to wait until they came out with one instead of using the model for '15 (even though a lot of people have used it).

Great looking truck brother! Did you notice the height difference after leveling the front?

Anyone running the 90021 OME Sport Struts on a 16? I have them on now and all I have to say I am seriously impressed. I've run Donahoe (Now Icon), Sway-a-way, Fox Coilovers, and Bilstein 5100's. The OME Sport Strut has such smooth compression and rebound. I am seriously impressed. Though I would definitely want a coilover if I was running the truck hard off-road for extended periods of time. It make sense that OME would make a product that works this well, look at what they R&D on? The effing outback, so it HAS to work right.
