I hope that you're mildly stoned.. that's the only way that I can go to court. I find that I'm just nervous enough and look just enough like an anxious deer caught in the headlights that the judge genuinely believes that I'm scared and truly apologetic for smoking weed or drinking beer in public or dubbing a porno track over the original version of Rashomon and playing it for a group of grade schoolers..

My last time in court the judge legitimately just dismised my case even though there was a mountain of evidence and I admitted guilt..

Before then i always thought she was a cranky bitch but I walked into the room right at the moment that she' laughing and cracking jokes with the Bailiff. My lawyer was a smart motherfucker, he picked that exact time of day saying that it's getting on towards lunch and the judge would be trying to make a push to slog through as much of the day's docket before lunch recess.

 

I fucking wish bro I hate court I tremble at this shit when I get in there but no the chick don't like me smoking so I pretty much only do it before bed so she's not really around it. She doesn't mind it but prefers not to be around it so I deal and she drove me here cuz she wanted to come and I told her I may not have a license after court so fml

 

How bad a probation violation are we talking here? Hope you don't get a piece of jewellery, that would seriously fuck up the JT experience.

 

Naw not that bad I was on probaton for a wreck less driving incident when I rolled my truck so hopefully that don't come back to bite me in the ass

Yea was a shitty night that got worse. I think I was more sad about the beer and fireball we lost then my truck. Fucking insurance never paid me back for either one those bastards
